Headtonic - Hypnotherapy for modern life

Break a habit, quiet the anxiety, sleep properly again. The Headtonic cabin has no waiting room, no city-centre parking, just a warm room, a reclining chair and an hour that's entirely yours.

Six things people come to the cabin for

Every session starts with a free 15-minute call, so you can hear my voice and ask anything before you commit.

  • Stop smoking or vaping

One session, plus a recording to keep. Most people leave having already stopped.

  • Anxiety & stress

Four sessions to reframe the worry loop and give you something to do when it starts.

  • Sleep & insomnia

For the 3am wide-awake. Retrain the wind-down so bed stops feeling like a fight.

  • Eating & weight

Not a diet. Work on why the hand reaches for it, so the reaching quietly stops.

  • Fear of flying

Ten minutes from the airport. Come the week before you fly, or the day before.

  • HypnoFacial

A proper facial, then twenty minutes of hypnosis under a blanket. Brides, mostly.

Meet Sharon, Your Guide to Lasting Change.

I trained as a beauty therapist in 1990 and spent decades doing massage and aromatherapy, work that taught me most people arrive carrying something they haven't said out loud yet. Volunteering with the Samaritans took me towards counselling, and lockdown finally gave me the time to train properly in hypnotherapy.

I'm not mystical about it. Hypnotherapy is a practical tool, it doesn't work on everyone, and I'll tell you honestly on the free call if I don't think it's your answer.
