I'm Sharon Irving, the founder of HeadTonic. My journey began over 30 years ago as a beauty therapist, specialising in massage, aromatherapy, and skincare. My passion for wellbeing led me to train as a counsellor and volunteer with The Samaritans, where I developed a deep understanding of emotional support.
During lockdown, I finally pursued my long-held interest in hypnotherapy, training with the Scottish Academy of Hypnosis. Now, as a certified hypnotherapist, I help people overcome smoking, emotional eating, stress, and anxiety—empowering them to break free from habits and feel more in control.

Inside the Tonic Room
I have created a serene sanctuary for my hypnosis sessions. Located in a cosy log cabin in Ratho, just 10 miles west of Edinburgh, this peaceful haven is where positive changes begin.
